Jürgen Pauly was born in 1960. He attended law school from 1979 to 1984 at the Johann-Wolfgang- Goethe-University in Frankfurt am Main and in Lausanne/ Switzerland.
After his 2nd (state) examination he joined the firm of HammPartner in 1990.
He is specialized in the following fields: law of appeals, business crime, criminal cases involving physicians.
His publications mainly deal with problems of the law of criminal procedure.
Since 2021 he is also a member of the Criminal Procedure Law Committee of the Bundesrechtsanwaltskammer (German Federal Bar).
