Dr. Justine Diebel obtained a doctorate in narcotics criminal law (Cannabis auf Rezept, 2019) and is the co-author of the chapter on narcotics law in a leading practitioner’s handbook (Münchener Anwaltshandbuch Strafverteidigung, 3rd edition, 2021). In addition, she handled various regulatory issues concerning medicinal cannabis while working for the pharmaceutical wholesaler "Cansativa GmbH".

Dr. Justine Diebel engages in university teaching. The Philipps University of Marburg has assigned her a teaching position on juvenile criminal law for the summer semester of 2022.  At the University of Belgrade, she taught on German criminal law as part of an exchange programme of the German Academic Exchange Service.

Dr. Justine Diebel studied law at the Philipps University of Marburg. After completing her legal studies, she was a research assistant at the Chair of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, Criminology and Medical Criminal Law of Prof. Dr. Jens Puschke. She completed her legal traineeship at the  Regional Court Frankfurt am Main from 2019 to 2021, specialising in criminal law.
