We stay up to date with regard to all subareas of criminal law – especially by assessing the criminal law jurisdiction of the supreme courts – as well as related disciplines such as constitutional law, criminology, criminalistics and risk prevention law.

Criminal Law Library

Our comprehensive specialist library, inherited from Werner Sarstedt and continuously updated, supported by electronic aids and online databases, allows us to work academically in legal argumentations as well as to publish scientifically. Our IT network helps us cope with comprehensive case files, which are electronically processed by our qualified staff and thus made transportable and easy to handle.
